To further promote the local leisure farms, the Vegetable Marketing Organisation launched the "Hong Kong Leisure Farm" mobile application with the theme of "Agricultural Tourism" at the end of 2014. The programme has the following features.

(1) Provide information on more than 130 local leisure farms in Hong Kong, including detailed information on farm immediate location, activities and facilities, transportation and farm features;

(2) Provide tourist attractions near the farm, classified by cultural relics, monuments and natural attractions;

(3) The program provides the function of self-designed itinerary, “Farm Tourism DIY”. The public can choose to visit farms in different areas and nearby attractions, and design the itinerary according to personal preference;

(4) There is a beautiful "photo frame" for visitors to take pictures on the farm; and

(5) The program also has a sharing function that allows visitors to share joy, photos, and travel experiences with friends and family.
